Origine – terroir
Sand and clay soils. The vines are 60 years old.
Vinification
3 days cold storage at 10ºC.
Fermentation at high temperature between 20 and 25ºC.
Pumping over, punching down and delestage (2 per tank).
Grapes varieties
Merlot 80%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%, Cabernet Franc 5%
Tasting notes
Deep colour.
Nose Powerful and round tannins and a nose of red fruits.
Nice length in the mouth.

Ce vin se dégustera avec un beau pavé de bœuf – gibier avec une poêlée de cèpes.
Servis à 17°C.
