Origine – terroir
Founded in the early 1800s, Château Haut-Bellevue has long been recognised for the unique quality of its wines. Its vineyard, located between the villages of Montagne and Saint-Georges near the medieval town of Saint-Emilion, covers an area of 10.5 hectares and enjoys a southern exposure, ideal for ripening the grapes. It is now in the hands of Erick Gaury, representing the 5th generation of this family of passionate winemakers.

Tasting notes
Deep and sparkling ruby colour. It reveals a delicate bouquet of stone fruits and a well structured palate, supported by fine and elegant tannins.
Food & wine pairing
Château Haut-Bellevue will be ideal with a fine piece of beef, sauce-based dishes (such as veal Marengo, beef Bourguignon) or a grilled duck breast.
Serve around 18°C.
